Our comfort stop is being hosted by Spencer and Bunny Turner at their gorgeous home in Smallburgh. Don’t worry it’s a lovely place with ample room for parking. We will be providing the hot food, drinks and homemade cakes, all to their usual high standard. As with our previous events we will end our run and host the show at the Marina Gardens, adjacent to the Sealife Centre on Great Yarmouth seafront. We are also pleased to announce that we will have more room available to us and apart from our event you will have a chance to enjoy the Great Yarmouth Wheels Festival. We are hoping to make it another year to remember where all the family can enjoy a spectacular day out in glorious sunshine!! The Run and Show are open to everyone with a classic or unusual car, bike or other vehicle. We would also like to invite to the run anyone attending the Great Yarmouth Wheels Festival Weekend. If you are part of another vehicle display/event over weekend 8th/9th July but would like to join us Sunday morning to give your pride and joy a run out, then we would love to see you. Just complete the registration form by ticking run only. This year for all those who are part of the show we will be presenting trophies for: Best in Show – Trophy donated by Mr Edward Hayden Oldies but Goodies – (Pre 1959) Swinging Sixties (1960 to 1969) Future Classics (1970+) Prizes will also be presented for: The “Drippiest Award” (the vehicle that drips the most oil!) The “I’m Exhausted Award” (the vehicle that has travelled the furthest to get to the start) The judging of the vehicles will take place from 1pm. Presentation of the Trophies and Prizes will be around 4pm (weather permitting) Entry is free and includes a route book, rally plate and discount vouchers valid for the day. However if you would like to make a donation this can be made by clicking on the donate button below. Alternatively you can send a cheque, made payable to Centre 81, with your registration form. Why don’t you come along and join in the fun and your ‘pride and joy’ could even finish the day with one of our 5 Awards. From the drippiest to the best, whether you have an oldie, a sixties classic or a classic of the future or you have travelled from far afields we would love you to be with us on Sunday 10th July 2016. Entry is £15 per car and includes route book, rally plate and discount vouchers valid for the day.
