Car Information
The run will start at 10am at the Shroppie Fly public house, Audlem Wharf, Shropshire St, Audlem CW3 0DX. The run is approximately 45 miles on A and B roads taking in the Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire countryside. The run will end around midday at the AVLR where the cars will assemble on the event field with the rest of the vehicles already on show. Entry for the run is by a suggested donation of £10 per exhibit which includes a unique Rally Plaque (only available to those on the run), a Route Directions pack and two tickets for a train ride.
About Apedale Classic Cars & Steam Trains Staffs
The Classic Car Show at the Apedale Valley Light Railway (AVLR) has been running for many years. Last year we saw the biggest turn out with 130 vehicles attending and 15 stationary engines. For 2024, we are offering exhibitors the option of a gentle drive through the local countryside prior to exhibiting at the railway. The Apedale Valley Light Railway is a 2’0? gauge railway operated by the the Moseley Railway Trust. The railway is currently only a few hundred metres long, but we have big plans to extend the railway
