he 2024 classic run will start at Little Horwood, where entrants will assemble their vehicles whilst they sign in, enjoy hot bacon baps and drinks and chat with other competitors. The inner man (and woman) satisfied it will be time to study the route book and fasten the rally plate to your car before setting off to enjoy roads carefully selected to to suit classic cars - all chosen to give you an enjoyable driving experience and provide some glorious views en route. Navigators will find the clear 'Tulip' diagrams easy to follow (if you're unfamilar with these our helpful marshals can assist) and the route book has a commentary on places of interest that you will pass. Following the route on the open roads of Buckinghamshire towards Northamptonshite you'll pass some beuatiful countryside and charming villages on your way to the Napton Cidery where you'll be able to sample a range of ciders and apple juices see how they are made. Along the route there are many delightful inns to be found: whilst you are welcome to find your own favourite the organisers have tested a few and you will find details of the best of these in the routebook. This year's finish will be at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre at Quainton, where you'll find working steam locomotives and a host of interesting exhibits on the 25 acre site. The Railway Cafe will be open so you can fortify yourself for the way home.

About Winslow Classic Run Bucks and Oxon

Winslow Classic Run is an established motoring event for classic cars held annually and organised by the Rotary Club of Winslow. All the profits go to charity: last year's event raised over £3,000. It is a non competitive event using tulip diagrams to navigate a route carefully chosen for you to enjoy driving your classic vehicle. Each year has a completely new route plotted by a skilled team of experienced classic car drivers.
