There will be a wide range of cherished classic cars, bikes and trucks to admire, and an interactive arena with commentary and competitions throughout the day. Exhibitor vehicles must be in place between 10am and 4pm. Our team of judges will be in attendance to select our winners with an award ceremony taking place in the arena around 3pm Retro Show
About Classic and retro show Holdenby House Northants
***No 2024 dates available yet*** Set in the beautiful “Arches field” and surrounding gardens at Holdenby House, the Classic & Retro Show offers a fun and relaxed day out for the whole family! Built in 1583 by Sire Christopher Hatton, Holdenby House is a former Royal residence, considered Elizabethan England’s greatest palace and once the country’s largest home. Our DJ will be playing 50s, 60s and 70s hits, alongside live vintage music from the very talented Candy Girls. There’s a great range of food stalls, plus barista coffee, a bar, ice cream, candy floss, slushies and donuts. We have lots of children’s entertainment, including a helter-skelter, fairground stalls, face painting, vintage garden games and a free circus skills workshop. There will also be a vintage shopping village filled with loads of lovely goodies!
