The traditional Prologue will open proceedings on Thursday evening warming up crews for the rigours ahead. Leg One will head west towards Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula with some fabulous test venues matched by equally testing narrow Welsh lanes for the Regularities before a return to Llandudno and the overnight halt. Leg Two is where we’ll start to head South towards the overnight halt in Llandrindod Wells the heart of Welsh motorsport! With its central location it will allow us to explore some great roads and farmyards that Wales has to offer and there are plenty!! After a full day and evening we’ll head into Leg Three which will offer no let up until the flag drops at the HERO-ERA Arch in South Wales. As the route winds its way further South we will venture into some of the most famous venues for motorsport including those most loved military venues and hopefully a much-longed return to classic forests the area offers.
About Hero RAC Rally of the Tests Wales
The 24th edition of the RAC Rally of the Tests will start from the 2025 finish location of Llandudno and the whole route will be contained within Wales, travelling from North to South taking in some of the most iconic rallying venues in the UK. Regarded as the ultimate challenge on the historic rally calendar, the "Tests" will feature some of the most demanding roads and venues for regularities, tests and time control sections across the heartland of Wales for three intense days of competition. Drivers and navigators alike will face diverse terrain from forest tracks, private land and country lanes ensuring an engaging and varied experience.
