***Just a reminder, no decision has been made as yet regarding the status of this year's show. we are entirely in the hands of the Durham Council and their judgement based on public health and safety. However, we are still over three months away and the country is trying to return to some sort of normality so I personally remain very optimistic about the event. More than 70% of the registrations are taken and with 6 weeks still left for registration of interest, it looks like being a better show than last year's (if we get the green light of course). in the meanwhile, stay safe and healthy and we will keep you updated as we hear more. ***All makes and models over twenty one years old. The vehicles will on display across three closely located areas, the Market Place, Millennium Place and the Palace Green in front of the Cathedral. If you have a Classic Vehicle you would like to display, there were still some places available (at the time of writing) and still some vendor stall options available. The very first Durham City Classic Car Gala has been organised by Mercedes Benz enthusiast Malcolm Vance and thirty-five-year Automotive Industry stalwart (now Business Consultant) John Armitage, will bring more than one hundred of the regions finest Classic Cars to three locations within Durhams Historic City Centre and what is hoped to become one of the premier Classic Car Shows in the North East. Supported by Durham University, Walkergate plc, and Durham Markets, this event will have something to entertain the whole family as if the cars themselves werent enough?
