For 2026 we head south to Kelso and Duns in the Scottish Borders for a buffet lunch at the magnificent FLOORS CASTLE, followed by a visit to the JIM CLARK MOTORSPORT MUSEUM. The day starts with arrival at Dakota Hotel, Motherwell for breakfast and registration. Parking has been reserved for your car and prior to the drivers briefing entrants will receive numbered roundels for their car plus route information for the day. The first car departs at 09.15; following cars will then set off at 30 second intervals. The route takes in some beautiful roads as we head south through Peebles, along the River Tweed, through Lauder, Stow, and Gordon, before arriving at our lunch stop, the magnificent Floors Castle, where we take lunch in the Courtyard Restaurant. Parking is reserved for all participating cars at the front of the castle. Following lunch, we then take the short journey across county to Duns, and a visit to the Jim Clark Motorsport Museum. During a career lasting over 11 years, Jim Clark secured double Formula One World Championships, conquered the Indy 500 and won many other races around the world during the 1950s and 60s. As well as viewing many of the trophies that Jim Clark won throughout his career, the highlight of any visit is the display of period correct cars associated with Jim Clark’s career.
