Haslemere Surrey Classic Car Show & Tour

Amberley James Bond weekend

- Event Description: Parts of A View to a Kill were filmed at Amberley, in particular the entrance to Main Strike Mine, and some of our engines and rolling stock were featured in the film. These will again be in action to re-enact this scene from the film and there will be James Bond music, films (including A View to a Kill and also period documentaries about the filming at the Museum), new exhibition boards about our James Bond connections near the tunnel entrance, and for our younger visitors there will be a brand new code-breaking trail around the site.

London to Brighton Classic Car Run

- Event Description: ***No confirmed 2026 dates so far*** For 2026, to remain in accordance with the DVLA Historic Car Classification, the 34th Classic Car Run will welcome all classic and vintage vehicles registered before 31st May 1985. The Modern Classics Run, which launched last year, returns The Kit & Sports Cars Run celebrates its 21st year and, with no age limits on entries, replica cars are also welcome to join the fun. The three runs will all start from Brooklands Museum before splitting into different routes. Each route will enjoy a different stopping point The final destination will be Brighton’s iconic Madeira Drive, the finish point for the famous Veteran Car Run.

Classics at the Villa (Herts)

- Event Description: Classics at the Villa was started 4 years ago by 4 Italians passionate about food and cars. The problem we felt was that when we went to car shows, the food was burger and ice cream vans and expensive, or lobsters and champagne and even more expensive. So we started our own show off the back of 33 Italian 'scampaganatas' (an Italian family event with superb Italian street food made by Italians with Italian ingredients for Italians) so we have not only experience, but also great purpose built facilities. Add to that acres of land at 'Villa Scalabrini', a residential care home founded by the Scalabrini fathers which also specialises in Alzheimers, and our profits go to the Villa to help the residents. Disabled drop off available and to badge holders disabled parking.
